Thulani stayed on a Webchat with me for such a long time . We kept getting the same result however he persisted and kept on attempting. We got it sorted and my fibre is now up and running thanks to THULANI. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE/PROMOTION. As a Team Leader myself - You have truly gone the extra mile for a customer . Well Done!!!
