Thoroughly underwhelmed, usually disappointed and sometimes downright regret.

I've been holding back as I hate giving bad reviews. I have had an RSAWEB home fiber connection for almost 5 months now.

I used to just use my mobile phone hot spot function but thought Ill upgrade to fiber. This in the center of the southern suburbs in Cape Town.

I have seen little to no increase in speed. The connection is often unavailable including during load shedding so I have to link up to my hot spot anyway. My data costs have increased (because of continuous hot spot use), not decreased as I had hoped. The promo was never app**** and I was charged full price from the start, an issue I did not bother to raise at the time.

I now fully regret getting this connection. I was way better off just using my hot spot.
