I'm struggling 2 months now not having my internet working properly evening, for 2 months they reply, we are still investigating. When we phone the support dpt it is a nightmare they are like a robot, repeating the same question did you shut down restart your router ? So many times I ask them what is the problem, they don't know. In my opinion they are taking as much as they can customers and we have to share the same line with very poor internet. After 6 years with them it is getting worse and worse, no service at all
