They are ***** and provide pathetic service

Their service is pathetic and their staff are *****. Mybinternet was down last weekend and they refused to contact Vumatel to ask someone to come out over the weekend. They said the technicians do not work weekends. When the technicians contacted me Monday morning, they confirmed their team did work that weekend. So why not tell me the truth that you refuse to reach out to the technicians.

Furthermore, I requested that the manager and HOD to call me. They refused to message the manager to contact me. They guaranteed a manager or HOD will call me Monday morning. It's Thursday today and the phone call still did not come through.

I am just waiting for my guys at busybuy to look for a better deal for me. But I am switching service providers simply because of them lying to me and because of their pathetic service. All they had to do was be honest, so I would know where I stand. But they chose dishonesty.
