There are definitely better ISP's out there.

I have no internet today and can't get hold of RSAWeb at all. Tried phoning 4 times, but can't connect. Their website seems down so I can't log a fault there. And there has been NO COMMS to me indicating an outage of any sort. The 1 star is because I DID receive 2 emails from the company with my account statement, so at least that's working. I did manage to view a status update on the internet somewhere indicating that RSAWEB is experiencing localised issues with a few cloud services in Cape Town. Funny thing is that I am in Jhb and there is zero internet. Of course, I work from home, which means I lose billable hours today, but I doubt RSAWeb is going to discount my bill to make up for the loss of income. You would think that a company providing a key service would have an effective DR solution in place. I guess not.
