THE WORST SERVICE OUT

AF Consulting Engineers moved offices 2 weeks ago. Prior to that, we had contracted RSAWEB on several occasions, to come out and advise us on new router positions, to move the box, advise on lines, which we require, fibre etc. They do contact you, promising an agent will respond to us within 10 minutes. We have now called 20-30 times, with no one responding. NEVER have I come across such poor, poor service. You'd think with all of the competition, they'd be grabbing business. We are trying to run an expanding business - but wow, don't be bothered with these people.
