The worst people to deal with

I paid R1200 month end ,now they disconnected my services by mistake and they want me to pay R512 reconnection fees of something that is not my fault. I think that is *****, using customers every chance they get. I've been on hold for over an hour now waiting to speak to a supervisor. Yoh i regret choosing this service provider
