The Worst ISP

Err why are these guys still in business, I've figured out that their business is saying "Its active on our side" so they can proceed to charge you. No Service No Connection but they want to charge would have never chosen them cause there are better out there but its jurisdiction canceled but they still say they going charge when not one day I have ever been online. why do the refuse to send someone to check the internet, if I see a debit on my name i'm opening a ***** case.
