The worst customer service.

RSAWEB Is probably the worst internet services provider have encountered other than the obvious one. RSAWEB agents Firstly treat you like you don't know what your talking about and your networking history is nothing and then they are robbing people left , right and center. I saw this happen to a friend of mine and took all the measure to prevent it and have email proof that my new service would be moved but instead they keep both lines active so they charge you twice and when they realize the error they can't refund your money so ridiculous. Also note that when you try to fix it before hand their response time is so slow to ensure you get charged and don't try phoning because then their agents will just drop the line on you.
