The only person that knows his job is Sikhumbuzo.I was without wifi for almost 50hours.After numerous call,all the agents had different stories.They even said I had to wait as openserve does not work on a weekend.After spending hundreds of rands on data I had to buy,i decided to try again.This time Sikhumbuzo answered and assisted me in under 10 minutes.If he had answered the phone the first time I logged the call,it would have saved me alot of effort and frustration.
