TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Service

I have had the absolute worst experience with these people. For months I was not charged the correct amount, just to be dropped with a massive back payment because they had not been debiting my account correctly, to having my service shut off, because they cant get a simple debit order set up. For the last few months, every month my service gets put off due to non payment and every month I go through the process of paying manually and every month I go through the process of setting up a debit order, but every month I lose a day or 2 of work due to this ********** service. Get your stuff together
