Terrible terrible service e

I am so sick and tired of the service we receive from rsa web, firstly the number that is provided to contact them is forever engaged!! Its terrible. Secondly our service is suspended without reason and we have to provide pop to cnt the account was paid!!!! Then the accounts department closes at 5pm and no one is able to activate our account. Been dealing with them all day. I am livid!!!! The worst service provider. We need our internet service!!! What are we paying for every month!!! I demanded that someone call us but have not received a call back all day. The excuse we get is that they are too busy. But when they need payment every month then they are not busy. I am still waiting for someone to call me!!!!!
