TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER

Zukisani Rala, refused to transfer me to a TL, claims he is one. 26 minutes later my first name is mispelt according to him. I don't want my this service NO more where he confirmed 3X yes it will be cancelled. Then says no its not. I also have an email from RSAweb telling me my service is cancelled. And i have an email from RSAweb welcoming me and that my fibre service is LIVE.

I WANT A SM/ OPS Manager to call me and resolve this matter today AS OF 1 JUNE I NO LONGER WANT TO BE A CUSTOMER OF THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER
