Terrible service from RSAWEB consultant Sinovuyo Mani

Shopped around for fixed LTE and ended up with RSAWEB as a service provider. Sinovuyo Mani was very helpful and followed up up until I had decided on my order. He/she had requested that as soon as I make the payment online I should share confirmation with them and they'll deliver the order within 3-5 business days. From then (26/01) I have heard nothing from the consultant. No response to my emails and phone calls get cut every single time. Still without internet or even confirmation of my order, one week later. Would not recommend at all
