terrible service from RSAWEB

RSAweb came to me to sign up for their fiber line in December 2021. I agreed to the price and the gentleman said someone will contact me within 7 days to sort out the installation. I told him that i already had fiber installed but wasnt happy with the pricing and that RSAweb pricing was cheaper and for a faster line. Eventually had the connection by the beginning of March 2022. After just 3 weeks with RSAWEB they send an email notifying me of a rate increase. the rate increase will be more than what i was paying before. I requested someone to contact me. The gentleman said that they cant do anything about it. So i asked to speak to a manager or someone in authority. He agreed to get someone to call me but to date nobody has even called me back or re**** to my emails.
