Terrible service for months and no help despite many calls

After 2 months of continual calls from us, RSA Web still haven’t given us what they promised us in writing on 15 November. We are paying for a 50/50Mbps and only getting a 20meg line.

Please be advised that Vumatel has overhauled the 20/10Mbps package and migrated the existing client onto the 50/50Mbps package for R695.00 per month.

There is no changes required to be made to the existing package.
