Terrible Service!!

Well firstly they have specials online which do not show that they are valid for 1 month and then you have to pay the original amount thereafter, then they want money for a service which works whenever it is convenient for them. I have been asked to pay R1000 for a service which its installment is R375 online and when I ask for a breakdown of what the money is for, I am being told about a month in advance billing which doesn't make sense if I have already paid R600 prior to using the service. It then took them weeks to just install an ONT which was removed by the previous tenant that I have not even met, like it was my instruction for them to do so. Their service agents are never available unless you chat on the website but even then, they respond when they want to and to what they want.

I asked for a cancellation a month ago but they quickly fixed the connection problem and again on the 04 July 2025 and only this morning when I was following up on the progress, I am being told that the cancellation will be actioned a calendar month from request which in this instance is today because only now it has been sent to an agent to expedite. I DO NOT want their service anymore :'-( and they are making it difficult for me to cancel with them.
