Terrible promises provided by salesmen

I signed a contract for Fibre in March this year with the promise of it coming to my neighbourhood, Tokai, in April/May and I am still waiting. This is a poor tactic set on by your salesmen to get their sales numbers off. It is highly ********* to run as a business and your salesmen should be reprimanded.
