Terrible internet provider

We are with RSA Web and we expected to get a fibre line which actually operates like a fibre line. The connections have been so terrible. We paying for a 10mb line and we get less than a 1 mb line most of the time. We complained and they sent out a technician. all he did was sell us a wifi booster and told us he had changed some settings. Nothing has changed. still a terrible connection and we still stuggle with intermittent internet.

Honestly at this stage our old ADSL line through the dreaded telkom was better than this.
