Terrible installation service

I am very frustrated as I have paid for this service, I even received the router and still I have no fibre box as my order was placed the agent for activation instead of installation. I've asked for my contract to take this further but the watsaap agent did not adhere for my request vumatel keeps telling me that RSAWEB IS MESSING ME AROUND AND NOT TAKINF ACCOUNTABILITY FOR PLACING THE WRONG ORDER. I paid RSA WEB and they keep shifting the blame to Vumatel , but when I call Vumatel they are saying the line is clear and are waiting for the instruction from RSAWEB.
