Terrible experience

Terrible experience with them so far and we've been with telkom so that's saying something. Been waiting months for fibre and decided to go with them because of how nice their agent was but absolutely regretting it now. We were assured that the routed would arrive within a week but it didn't. No communication we had to reach out to them then the router finally arrived and we didn't receive a specific cable that's needed to connect the fibre.
