Terrible Experience
RSAWEB truly deserves a zero rating. We waited for the Black Friday special to sign up to their deals, only for them to get our order wrong 3 times, and we had to constantly follow up to find out the progress of our order while correcting them multiple times. After continuous back and forth, they failed to place our order on time and we missed out on the Black Friday special. Truly a very disorganized and chaotic experience.
