Terrible Customer Service Support
As soon as I told them I wanted to switch to another ISP, all of a sudden their service was shocking and pathetic. Firstly, I noticed that my network speed has been reduced from 100mbps to 20mbps, the network is always unstable. I tried calling the office, I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, I sent a WhatsApp no response, I even sent an email with the same results. Unfortunately they can't be helped, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
