terrible customer service, stay away

you will encounter the worst customer service of all time.

I called in to inquire about my subscription suddenly being doubled without prior notification, i first spoke to Ashwil Russel- who couldn't find any contract or communication sent to me and abruptly ended our call. I emailed him and he **** and said another call came through- WHILE HE WAS ON THE LINE WITH ME, and promised to call back- never happened.

I then called in again the next day and this time i got Deidre Absolon- even worse, this one loves the sound of her voice and kept speaking over me on the call, we never got to the meat of my complaint as she was too busy defending Ashwil and lecturing me. when she finally allowed me to speak (while repeating "I will now let you speak as the customer" each time I start to speak- I literally had to repeat "you are still speaking") it was only because she must've put down her receiver down and carried on with her life as the next 5 minutes were just complete utter silence from her with no response- I had to end the call and try and call again and am now on hold for more than 20 minutes, she is even ignoring my emails.
