Terrible customer service and poorly run

terrible service, i ordered fibre a month before it was needed and had to call repeatedly during that month and half a month after to get my order sorted and installation scheduled as i needed it for work. no one calls you back when they say they would and they keep messing up with information they were supposed to send to vumatel which resulted in delay after delay due to complete incompetency which has now cost me money as well as created a massive inconvenience for me. ive spent hours calling already wasting my airtime trying to get them to do their job properly so i have fibre to work. they keep blaming everyone else for why its delayed or not yet installed but its their responsibility to make sure the order which they are in charge of gets done when it needs to be. will never recommend them to anyone
