Terrible customer service

Is this a company or joke,my contract got canceled without my knowledge and when I enquire I waited 45 min on the call their whatsapp is not working they respond after 3 days ,and after checking I paid all my payments are in line except am due for next month but it was canceled and when I requested for it to open I was told I need to pay reconnection fees wow.and all this time I was the one following up and I was responded after a week ,Am convinced customer service doest exist in that mediocre company.
