Terrible Billing Service

I've sent them a billing query twice on Monday and received nor receipt acknowledgment. I sent another email on Tuesday and received a response from the project team rather than the accounts team stating I would be assisted within 24hrs and still no help after 24hrs. When I send accounts an email now its returned undelivered.

If only one gets to know abut the service to expect before signing up. I wish they were as quick to assist you with queries like they are to sign you up on their products.
