Telkom is even better

Disgusted by your service, first overcharged on my first bill and haven't received any feed back from early Jan about being overcharged. Second point is that I have been overcharged by R100 this last month. You guys are quick to sell but have no support, just wait on hold music for no one to pick up. Disgusting and disgraceful service, Telkom is even better.

Mitch was quick and pushy to get a sale out of me but no reply with aftersales support with my billing issues related to when I wanted the service and billing to start. Melissa said she would escalate and also radio silence.
