Technical failure taking forever to fix

Very furious with their service, they disconnected my internet and I paid them same day with was Thursday but now they can't reconnect it. Because of a technical failure, its Monday today and they still haven't gotten Vumatel to contact and fix it still. I paid for your stupid service and this is what I get. Fix this now or refund my money and cancel my contract!!!!!
