Technical Error

After they had connection issues for days, when the connection issue was finally resolved some of the sites were blocked including DSTV , it’s been 2 weeks till today without a solution. Spoke to different contact centre agents all they said is it’s been referred to the technicians, very disappointing and frustrating.
