Tech support team cannot be bothered to assist when service is down. Just send generic messages with no explanations.

Technical support team is absolutely useless. We have been without service for 4 days and only 1 pointless update has been sent by the company to date. The rest of the time I have to follow up myself and thet just send pointless messages that doesn't even make sense. Nothing is being done by them to escalate the fault to the Fibre Network Owner (Openserve in the case). Would not recommend as an ISP any longer.
