Tashreeq was very helpful, he provided all the information I needed regarding my discount on my bill and made sure to answer all my questions. Coming from a contact center industry myself, it's hard to find anyone that keeps you updated about what they're doing and gives you direct answers and doesn't leave you more confused than when you contacted. Give that guy a raise!
