Take responsibility RSAWeb

If I could rate RSAWeb less than 1 star I would.

In July 2017 I helped a friend, now ex-friend, receive services from RSAWeb. Within 3 weeks of activating this service I contacted the RSAWeb Sales Agent and requested that this service be moved to said friends name due to a falling out. After a few emails back and forth it was deemed that the agent would contact the friend. Since then I have not been debited and/or invoiced which is 100% correct as this is not a service on my name anymore. Life carried on.

Queue October 2018... In a nutshell I have been slapped with a 15k bill for a service that I do not receive. After days of me calling RSAWeb trying to sort out this issue, I have simply been told that this is my bill to pay as I did not fill in the forms for the new owner. Firstly, how do I fill in the migration forms for somebody else and secondly if this was told to me directly 15 months ago I would have done it but the Sales Agent from RSAWeb asked if he should contact the new owner directly which I rep**** "Yes" (this is all in emails that both RSAWeb and I have in our possession). I have been calling everyday since 1 October 2018 spending 5 - 20 minutes on the phone trying to sort this out.

Do you not honestly think I would have sat idly by 15 months ago after the first debit order went off my account? Why would I wait 15 months to deal with this?

The ball was left is RSAWeb's court. The Sales Agent did not do his job and now I am the one to blame. How does that work?
