Steer clear from this service provider! As far as you can. I missed a few payments in the beginning of the year due to Covid and the lack of clients at the time. I eventually settled the arrear amount and asked if I could change my debit order date. It was simply refused and I was told it will go off on the 1st. I accepted it and since then they have not taken another debit order from my account. I can unfortunately not keep track of every single debit order on my account as there are many and that is the whole point of a debit order. Now again I am getting a huge bill to settle before they reactivate my service. I even asked if my account can be extended by the amount of months they have not received a payment, which again, was refused. They refuse to help their client or accommodate them in any way possible. I am cancelling this *** service and would rather pay a little extra for something that actually works.
