STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY from RSAWEB

I wish I first researched RSAWeb on here before choosing them to be my ISP. If you need an ISP to blame others for their bad service or in fact no service at all then pick them.

My unfortunate journey with them started end July when Bongani Bophela phoned me to offer a fiber deal. All went well and the offer seemed satisfying and I needed a reliable ISP - o was I wrong... As I had an existing ISP that needed a month's notice I notified RSAWeb that I only need to get online through them from 2021-08-23. I received the router and SIM card from them on 2021-08-17 and did the installation on 2021-08-24 to them and received my login credentials to the account section of their website. Once logged in I saw an invoice for services rendered by them from 2021-07-29, I notified them that this invoice was wrong (as I only received the installation equipment on 2021-09-17 and login credentials on 2021-08-24), however, they closed all tickets opened to resolve this without any feedback and took the money out of my account. If you need an ISP that bill you for services NOT RENDERED then Ill propose RSAWeb if you need an ISP that can resolve their own mistakes and take the whole bad client relationship to a whole new level then Ill propose them to you.
