STAY-AWAY FROM RSAWEB!!!!

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH RSAWEB!!!!!

28 Feb 2023 I placed my order and RSAWEB confirmed my order by email 10 March 2023 RSAWEB confirmed by email that my Fibre service was LIVE! 10 March 2023, I emailed RSAWEB to find out how was fibre service live as I was never contacted by them to check if installation was done correctly. No response 20 March 2023, I contacted RSAWEB via ONLINE CHAT and was attended by Razia Kagee. I asked her to confirm the address that the installation was done to and she also confirmed the remote installation was done to my address. 15 March 2023 I contacted RSAWEB to request to be connected on 1 May 2023. 17 March 2023, Deidre from RSAWEB called me to advise that my Fibre is live and remote installation was done, I should be getting my bill by 1st week of April. I asked them what were they billing me for as I was not connected, she was not clear if the billing was for an active or new installation I MUST FIND OUT AND GET BACK TO THEM and if I want to cancel I will be liable to payback the activation fee, oustanding/current balance on the account and return the router!! I then mailed RSAWEB (***) to advise them I will not be liable for any incurred costs caused by their unprofessional service and their terms & conditions says, clause 3.1.1 "RSAWEB shall within a reasonable period of time of receipt of an order for the provision of FTTH by the Customer, advise the Customer whether an installed fibre line is available for use by the Customer and the anticipated Customer Installation Completion Date (“CICD”)." Mischa Davids response was repeating the same remote installation done and liability of incurred should I consider cancellation. 3 April debit order notification 3 April 2023, the Router delivered by RSAWEB couldn't connect to the ONT (I just moved into this new place and there was already an ONT & Router, apparently belonged to RSAWEB), I contacted them via online chat and sent them the pictures of the already installed Huawei ONT & Router and the router they delivered to me. The online consultant (Keziah) told me that the INSTALLATION IS NOT COMPLETE and transferred me to order/service management team. I was transferred to Razia, she asked for the same pictures of the ONT & Router and was unable to assist and transferred me to the technical team. I was transferred to Zainab and he confirmed that the FIBRE WAS NOT LIVE and that remote installation WAS NOT POSSIBLE, a TECHNICIAN MUST PHYSICALLY BE AT THE PREMISES TO ENSURE INSTALLATION IS DONE CORRECTLY. Zainab promised to log a fault with Openserve for no connection. 6 April 2023, OpenServe came to my place and advised that a new installation needs to be done as the current line is registered to the previous user. Online Chat Consultant (Abo) advised that the reason I was not able to connect is because the fibre line activated on LAN 2 on the Openserve ONT still shows as down and OpenServe will need to send out a tech so they can assist to get the fibre line up. 07 April 2023, Nabeel Geydien sent an email advising that they have transferred this to their Projects team who will further assist. 09 April, online Chat Shafiek Hendricks, couldnt assist and put me on hold for an hour and then told me to try again later or tomorrow when there are more agents available! RSAWEB SERVICE IS PATHETIC, STAY-AWAY FROM THEM!!! ****MERS OF NOTE!!
