Stay away from RSAWeb !!!

We unfortunately chose RSAWeb as our internet service provider. Others out there, please do not make the same mistake.

Supposed to have a 20Mb unlimited line. Have no problem with the speed, when it is connected, that is!! Unfortunately, the line continuously drops and numerous tickets opened with RSAWeb remain unresolved. Even when you phone themand explain that the connection continues to drop, they close the ticket!!

My contract is for a satisfactory connection to the internet which I believe RSAWeb is in breach of.
