RSAWeb service is utterly useless. I requested an upgrade to a 200mbps line and its been one week and nothing was done, i called multiple times and they promise to call back but never do!!!
I am currently paying for a 100 mbps line and receiving 2.3mbps download and 4.1 upload. Please see attached, clearly they are throttling lines!
I have never experienced such pathetic service from any other ISP
