The 1 star is only for their good deals. If i could upload the conversation i just had with amanda on Whatsapp, very quickly to close a chat than to resolve a customers concerns. I've waited for a credit for over 2 months and threatening emails to suspend my up to date account because RSAWEB just does't care who calls in to cancel a service. Its all about the money and not about the customers. After 8 calls, 3 emails and still my account isn't resolved. Really *********** service and work ethic. You authorize cancelation without my consent by who knows who that's safe to say verification means nothing.

I was promised a credit on the 26 Feb and yet my service was still suspended. Again Fadiah escalated on the 27th March and promised I would receive an email for credit and yet again 6 April I got an email for suspension.
