Sort out my account!

I am so frustrated and p%$$€d at this company! Numerous times my wifi account was suspended according to them because of no payment, until I send them proof of payments, 2months ok then they suspend again and so it goes and everytime I have proof of my payments... The latest news is they suspended my account due to an increase in February, of which I received no form of communication, no calls, sms, emails etc... so now I must settle the outstanding balance of 5months, before They reinstate my account!

So please RSAweb sort out my account! You have been good to me in the past years, so I don't want to change/cancel, this year sucked... I need you to sort this out A.S.A.P no fun being without wifi, as everything I do and control is online
