Slow speed help since the Ransom attack
Been having slow speeds since the attack, going from 170Mbsp average to being capped at 5Mbsp. I call the helpline no one answered, I logged the ticket no one respond. I sent all possible data I asked for on WhatsApp but got ignored. Now I am stuck with a slow speed and can't get any help for a week now, and yet I have paid the price
