Slow *** service

I just paid 3 months payment before they threatened to make me pay a reconnection fee of over R800 when the monthly is R725. I told them we busy with a job then I'll pay the other for this month. Now they sending SMS and email after I emailed the other day and got NO RESPONSE AT ALL that we not done with the job! Today they sent an SMS and email they cutting us off!! Well they can cut us off because I'm now sick and tired of their *** service!! Will look for another internet provider!!
