SInce I started with RSA Web I have only had excellent service. The online consultants and the sales staff are highly knowledgeable. I needed WiFi for working from home a lot more since lockdown started last year. It for me has been the most stable and reliable service in my life. There were many times I would email them instead of phoning around, because they had downtimes as well but those were teething stages and I appreciated each and every source of communication they used. It's simply excellent. I will always recommend them.
