Shoddy service - Billed twice

Do not ever more homes when you are with RSAweb because you will be charged twice. I moved on the 1st of June and ever since then it has been a nightmare to the point where I now cancelled with RSAweb and moved to a different provider.

Accounts are paid in advance so on the 29th of May, I paid my usual amount for June. Then on the 5th of June I received another bill. I informed RSAweb that I had paid already for June. I was ignored by their accounts department and sent more notices that I need to pay. I was billed for June again for the new address. Plus a delivery fee??? I did not receive anything as I just used the modem that I already had. I was told that I was charged pro-rata for June, nevermind the fact that I paid in full already for June. Trying to explain this to the accounts department is futile. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing in this company.

So my advise, if you plan on moving. Just cancel your service completely (be sure to do this way in advance because otherwise you will still be billed).
