Shocking service from RSA Web

RSA Web will not help when their Internet Service is down. They will not call anyone out unless I have sat with them describing the lights on my modem etc. When my internet is down I have no means of communicating with them to assist with the trouble shooting as my MTN service is so weak that RSA Web cannot hear me. As a result they being my service provider will not sort out a fault that is theirs in any way! Who needs a service provider like that?? I am going to start the process whereby I change my service provider and I recommend that anyone reading this do not bother to use them or MWeb for that matter as they are all one and the same it seems.
