Shocking, non existent service!

Shocking shock8ng shocking!!! I scheduled my address change 2 months ago, asked them if they were operating over the festive season and I was assured they were. My house move has happened, but still no Internet and no consultant can give me a clear answer regarding my installation. My requests for call backs and my emails are ignored, yet they debit my account for an installation that is yet to happen! I'm absolutely livid with this company!
