Shocking Non Competent Finance Department

They created a random invoice as claimed i never paid a debit order, even after proving to them that the debit order via 6 month bank statement they have not sent me an updated statement reflecting the corrected version. There is zero accountability from their side no apology, in fact their customer service from an inquiry perspective is so much better their customer service from the accounts department, one can imagine having to sit every month end and verify every single invoice against payment from my side and having to proof a debit order is astonishing. absolutely shocked by the level of competency from their accounts department.
