SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE RSAweb!!

Trying to sign a wifi contract with them is IMPOSSIBLE!!! I have asked them 8 times to please call me, but they do not?! They insist on responding to me via email, and DAYS later?! They obviously DO NOT WANT MORE BUSINESS!!!
