Shocking communication and expensive

I have been with RSA web for years but have never been satisfied with service. It's just becoming worse and worse. It's a nightmare trying to communicate queries and get answers. If you do log something they just send you a ticket and most of the time never get back to you. Not helpful at all. The prices are extremely high compared to others. The self help is ridiculous too especially on Whatsapp where most of the time there either isn't a clear option for your query or they provide you with useless information. Speaking to an actual person is almost impossible. I am extremely frustrated with the service and I'm going to cancel.
