SHOCKED AND DISGUSTED

I have had endless problems wit RSAWEB since inception! Not even the senior technicians or support staff has been able to help. I have been unable to send emails for months. We are using RSAWEB as our outgoing server and have to say I'm shocked at the bad service and disgusted at the level of customer service I receive.
